Does anyone know where I can get alcon 330 mm pads and discs without packing full whack.

I don't mind if used as long as they are good for another 10 -15 k

You could try japperformanceparts, see thread. Other breakers include HDC Subaru and Gradea subaru. Alternatively there is a brake company calle Hi-spec in dartford, no idea on price tho. Welcome to the club.

I can also recomend Hi Spec - very friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable too []  I'm

due a trip there, I need new brake pads - someone is a bit heavy footed

with my brakes lol

Have Hi Spec changed then [:^)], i looked into them when i wanted bigger brakes and i could not find anyone who would recommend them, all i heard about them was crap service, crap backup etc etc

I think they have sorted out all the problems now, people who have

brought big brake kits recently seem to have had no problems.  I

was in there a month or so back when someone brought a kit back because

the colour wasn't right and they changed the calipers with no

hesitation....

Ian Hi spec sorted the warping proplem a good six months ago they now use the same discs as AP Racing as they come from the same supplier and machined to spec []
