st3ph3n Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 Those that ended up at Happendon will know what's coming. The poor P1 wouldn't fire as it was parked too close to a mast. So the RB Memorial Push had to be initiated. I enjoy a bit of schadenfreude as much of the next man, so I chased them down with the camera to catch the happy moment. Class.
p1rg Posted May 8, 2006 Posted May 8, 2006 Get the bypass code from your dealer in case this happens!! There is a shield upgrade you can get for the *quality* Sigma alarms that come as std with the P1 to stop this happening. It has happended to me before, know how you feel! - Ryan
ally-b Posted May 8, 2006 Posted May 8, 2006 That happened to me yesterday at the same place - I spotted the bluddy mast too late [] Luckily I got the immobiliser off after about 10 clicks of the button , but I was beginning to panic. I'll need to look into sigma/subarus fix for this as I've been caught a few times now [:@] Al.
micra_wrc Posted May 9, 2006 Posted May 9, 2006 you couldnt tell from st3ph3n's pics but look where the P1 was being pushed towards.......PMSL []
dan_jess Posted May 9, 2006 Posted May 9, 2006 from the second pic it looks like a, 'see who can push the P1 with one finger' competition []
Hepy Posted May 9, 2006 Posted May 9, 2006 If you stick the keyfob up against the windscreen just about inline with the drivers window wiper sometimes you can activate/deactivate alarm. That's what I've found when I've had that problem with my P1.
