Holdcroft have quoted me £300 but their labour is expensive. Have missed you all to, gutted I didn't have my car back for the March meet. Would you recommend having the cambelt tensioner changed when I have my cambelt changed? I believe they have a tendancy to leak on the P1. Link to comment

Julian WRX MY93 Posted March 28, 2006 Share Posted March 28, 2006 get your hands dirty and do the cambelt yourself! only takes a couple of hours, no special tools are needed and a cambelt costs about 45 pounds! but the clutch on the other habd is a different ball game! but should cost in the region of 300 pounds. i manage to source my clutch cheaper than the garage who where fitting it!
