gus the bus Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 Folks, regarding the above who could manufacture and fit the above and @ what cost? I'm thinking about the type of ones like ED209 has and Gumball I believe you had fitted previously. I've a mate who does the smaller graphics and sunstrips etc... but not sure if he would do these. Ed, Gumball, anyone? Cheers Gus
ed-209 Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 I got mines from ebay and fitted them myself, it was about £95 that included all the shadows ect. If you go for dayglow yellow ie the rally colours the prices takes a massive jump, even more if you get someone else to fit them. Ricey has a mate who does graphics. I'm about get mines taken off and replaced. Ed.
gus the bus Posted March 13, 2006 Author Posted March 13, 2006 Thanks Ed, I think yours looks fantastic mate! ....are you replacing with the same ones? £95 seems a very good price and they look good quality! Can you remember the company (ebay source) you got them from. I fancy giving it a try!!! (the graphics, not me fitting them). Cheers Gus
Gumball Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 Gus, The graphics/decals i had were from a company through ebay called signcreate, whom i think are based in London. The decals were the "SARRAZIN" decals rather than the normal wrc solberg style. Sarrazin is the french subaru wrc driver hence the www.subaru.fr sunstrip. You will be able to get them on ebay if you search for them. Failing that "spaced out grafix" in Stirling, the company that fitted them for me have a trace/copy of the full kit and should be able to reproduce them for you. What you could do is contact someone like "expressscoobygraphics" or "extremescoobygraphics" cant rememebr which, that are included in the true grip magazine. They have done a lot of the decal kits on the cars down south and look very very good. Including kits made with flourecent yellow rather than ebay yellow. They could take your wishlist/order and send it up to you for someone like spaced out to fit for £100. Underground graphics in Ayrshire have also been very willing to put something together around cusco decals but im sure they also have the wrc decals or could make them for you. Andy's car is an example of their good work. The decals for the wrc kit can then be taloired to be different like changing the standard door number boxes with Rally Japan, germany, france, GB etc. GB is something that would be good and hasnt been seen around these parts. PM Pete "Warby" down south and ask for some photos of his car which has flourecent wrc decals and is really good. C
