steveeee
its true but you can use super unleaded aswell Link to comment
big E
Super unleaded + octane booster if imported Link to comment
rasher
also don't drive at the same speed for long periods. The 'dos' and 'donts' should all be in your handbook Link to comment
t5nyw
Yes under 4Krpm for 1000 miles Can use on a Std UK car Unleaded PPP'd SUL (Otimax better) imho Import SUL and Octane booster if no Booster handy could get away with Optimax if driven carefully IIRC Never drive at a constant high revs, the engine needs to keep Working I would also not leave the Oil change 12 months/10Kmiles would do at every 6 months and pay the little extra for Fullysynthetic IMHO Tony Link to comment
Mother Theresa
Oh no. I see another oil related battle coming up. Zzzzzzz. Link to comment

Steeve
If its a UK car it gets an oil change at 1000 miles............ STEVE......... Link to comment
Mother Theresa
For which you have to pay mind you. What a chiz. But they will put MAGNATEC in there so despite YKW's protestations it can't be too bad. I put normal unleaded in for the first 1000 miles and SUL after that. I noticed the difference within 10 miles so I presume the ECU is quicker on the uptake these days. Certainly nothing like 3 tanksful as indicated by other posts. Link to comment
Wild Mark
Hi Mother T, I had the exact same reaction, the Optimax does make the pick-up better, I also find the PPP makes a massive difference to the pick-up....come on when ya getting it fitted?????
