st3ph3n Posted January 31, 2006 Posted January 31, 2006 Anyone thinking of crossing the central belt should think twice because the visibility on the M8 from Livi to Coatbridge and then from there back home was dangerous at the best of times. I don't mind driving in snow, in rain, in the pitch black but I absolutely hate fog.
weeb Posted January 31, 2006 Posted January 31, 2006 just switch your lights off and go for it!! nah, fog is horrible, i hate driving in it!! you cant see anything till its on your bonnet!!

gus the bus Posted January 31, 2006 Posted January 31, 2006 St3ph3n, yer not kidding mate, its pea soup in Shotts/Harthill. NOT NICE
Racing Snake Posted January 31, 2006 Posted January 31, 2006 Not as dangerous as Iraq, poor soldier from the Highlanders died today following a fire fight Lets hope we pull out soon . I for one don't want to go back for a third time.
gus the bus Posted January 31, 2006 Posted January 31, 2006 Heard that on the news Not good! My next door neighbour is out there just now for the 3rd possibly 4th time with the RS. Pull out n let them get on with it now. Typical of America start the thing off then go into hiding, removing 7k troops before end May . Twats!
bigbadboab Posted January 31, 2006 Posted January 31, 2006 Sorry to say, but you may find out that more troops are going out shortly. Something is going on big style. Ya never know even I could get called back again for the 3rd time. Sad news again for our lads out there. My nieghbour is also out there and I wish them all a safe tour and a speedy return home.
