granby Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 Go pulled on the M25 tonight coming back from Southend for 120mph (so they say), oh well sh*t happens
SCOOBYTOO Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 caught up by a people carrier too fingers crossed for you m8y
granby Posted January 8, 2006 Author Posted January 8, 2006 Think i might need the use of Pele's solicitor
markie Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 Not good mate, but as you say sh*t happens and i admire your outlook on this. Lets hope that who ever deals with this is a scooby nut and shakes your hand for nearly out running a people carrier. On a more serious note hope it goes in your favour fingers crossed for you Mark Lin & double trouble
deborah_rogerson Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 sorry to hear that mate i saw him in my mirror before the roundabout and i actually stopped on the roundabout like an old granny does to try and send him off the scent also sort of blocking him up the slip road but he was just too fast for me and he came past like sh-t off a stick, good luck mate
deborah_rogerson Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 what speeding kit did he have in the car, are you deffo in the s--t?
granby Posted January 8, 2006 Author Posted January 8, 2006 << what speeding kit did he have in the car, are you deffo in the s--t? >> He didn't show me anything, he just said he was reporting me for the offence and gave me a producer
markie Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 Think i might need the use of Pele's solicitor He's good but not that bloody good, now lets all pray for a miracle
markie Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 He didn't show me anything, he just said he was reporting me for the offence and gave me a producer If they have not shown you recorded evidence from incar video then contest it by saying you was only doing 95 mph and that you felt victimised by the way they chased you
deborah_rogerson Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 don't admit to anything, does he need video evidence to prosecute you? if his car is not set up for speeding then i don't think he can prove it without doubt, he may be able to do you for a lesser offence, what does the producer say, did he give you a speeding ticket ?
deborah_rogerson Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 its up to them to prove you were doing the speed, you must say i don't know what speed i was doing ,too many of these cases are proved with the offender dropping himself in the poo by saying the wrong thing like "yes thats right officer i was doing ---" then he's got you admitting to it and the police get an easy result ,to me it sounds like a producer and a little ticking off at the roadside to shake you up a little, did you say there was no speeding ticket ?
granby Posted January 8, 2006 Author Posted January 8, 2006 << don't admit to anything, does he need video evidence to prosecute you? if his car is not set up for speeding then i don't think he can prove it without doubt, he may be able to do you for a lesser offence, what does the producer say, did he give you a speeding ticket ? >> I didn't admit to that speed, he said he was following me for over a mile at 120mph and there is nothing on the producer apart from one part thet says "reason for stop" and they have put offence but it doesn't say what offence.
