OT: Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories

Anyone got it too then?

It's so good it really is criminal.

Coming back to Liberty City after spending time in Vice City and San Andreas was a bit like sleeping in your own bed after you'd been on Holiday for a month.

There's so much to do, or not to do. Wandering round in the Bruce Lee/The Bride Yellow and Black Jumpsuit weilding a Kitana at bystanders really is tremendously satisfying.

I wasn't sure about this, loved Vice City and San Andrea (was gutted when i completed my time wi CJ!)

Is this def worth getting then, totally unique storylines?

Is it the same concept as the others i.e. continually building up etc... is it CJ or Tommy?

Cheers

Chris.

Yes. PSP only.

It's set in 1998, 3 yeas before GTA:III was set. Your character is Tony Cipriani, who is involved with the Leone mob family. You'll remember the Leone family if you've played number 3.

Liberty City itself is mostly the same as it used to be, but with some subtle differences to keep things fresh.

The story itself is very mob related, much like Vice City was. It's still very funny in parts, and there's obviously the usual spoofing of Goodfellas, godfather and so forth.

Cool... yeh forgot i completed 3 as well..

I'm gutted, never seen the need for a PSP but now there is a GTA game for this i can't get on the PS2 i'm thinking otherwise!

Ah well, need to make do with Pro Evo 5 and maybe the new Rockstar game for the PS2, warriors i think its called....

A guy i work with has the new rockstar game, ur rite, it is called The Warriors and he says its amazing. He got it the other day and has nearly completed it caus he cant put the controller down.

Says its nearly identical to the old Warriors movie face-icon-small-smile.gif

Got GTA San Andreas for the PS2 a while back, played it for about 5 days then got awfy bored with it.

Saying that, i get bored with PS games quite a lot these days - bought TOCA Race Driver for the PSP and hardly played it, then got GT4 for the PS2 and hardly played that either.

Warriors may be an option, only thing is i get totally hooked to these games and can't put it down either, last couple of times it has resulted in major arguments wi my girlfriend but thats the sacrifices you have to make, lol

I did take the PSP on hols with me recently to Portugal, ended up (nearly) completing Ridge Racer while i was away.

Just can't seem to be bothered turning either the PSP or PS2 on @ night. face-icon-small-sad.gif
