imprezapete Posted September 27, 2005 Posted September 27, 2005 Me and Scoobyandy did a fair bit of ground work for the cancelled run. Anyway we have come up with a nice drive round the Lothians and Borders that will take about one and a bit tanks of fuel (amount for a heavy modded car) to complete from start and back at a Optimax station. Run date: 02/10/05 Start Point: Lidl Foodstore carpark across from the Shell Petrol station in Musseburgh Start Time: 16:00 leaving 16:30 (Changed) Run length: 190 miles Run time: 3:30-4:00hrs including stops Other Information: Includes midway Optimax stop for the more modded cars requirements, pace will be kept fast and sensible. So please sign up! 1.ImprezaPete 2.ScoobyAndy 3. Gordyq 4. Irish Al & Baby No 2 5. Neofox Forgot to say, any questions please PM m8 thanks.

Gumball Posted September 30, 2005 Posted September 30, 2005 flu is leaving me thankfully brakes are now in possession, sitting in the hallway of the palace. should i A) use my current brakes with semi warped discs for this run? change them tomorrow afternoon the spend £45 on optimax and bed them in before sundays run? then spend another £60 on fuel for the run?? C) use the run as an opportunity to bed them in drive at reasonable speeds to allow this to happen?
sharon_mccall Posted September 30, 2005 Posted September 30, 2005 Do whatever, Just go on Sun and, pls pls can i come in your car? Need to see what all the talk about you being a fast driver is all about. I have my reservations.............................
