Sorry to all at Knockhill for holding up the proceedings somewhat today. I was very aware of time constraints. Car just cut out at the end of the pit straight.

Front towing eye is obscured by intercooler so had to get towed off backwards too, oh the humiliation

Fortunately no problems with RAC who have transported the car for repair.

Seems to be some electrical/ fuel glitch as car was trying to start. All the expensive bits ok

Tino, think I was behind you when it happened, if you're in the Blue STI (isn't almost everyone?). There was a STRONG smell of petrol and I was concerned for my own car at one point.

Glad it looks ok though.

Turns out the MAP sensor was goosed. Phew £50 max. Probably one of the cheapest bills I've ever had for the Subaru!

What spec is the car, seemed to be pretty nippy when it was flying round!!

Also, what suspension is on your car mate, cause its bloody low!!

Suspension is Cusco coilovers with adjustable platforms (go as low as you want!) SPEC
