RS Grant Posted September 6, 2005 Posted September 6, 2005 The car was imported by a company in Scotland and was bought by Melly, a close friend and the Co-Scottish Events Organiser in the GT4OC almost 3 years ago. It has not seen a UK Winter, having been put in the garage as soon as the gritters start to patrol the roads to prevent the salt & road crap from being allowed to touch the car. I bought the car from Melly about 2 months ago. I picked the car up from Ian @ Toyautocentre after receiving a full forged piston rebuild with some quality extras that Melly had bought for the car. If you are wondering why the car needed a rebuild at such a low mileage, then it wasn't because there was a problem with the way the car was running. The reason was that the aim was to have a reliable 400-450bhp engine and the only way to guarantee this was to run Forged Internals. This car does not drive like a tempremental Rally Car, its very easy to drive, the clutch takes a little more revs than standard to pull away but its definitely not like an on/off switch like many paddle clutches can be. The car will be reliable all the way up to crazy BHP (600bhp+) as proved by Fensport who run the same Engine/Drivetrain in their Corrolla which is standing at 650bhp(ish), 10sec 1/4's and made 200mph+ on the standard Gearbox and Diffs without hassle. General Info: - 1994 ST205 WRC - Super White II - Imported by Indy Car Sales with c38000km on the clocks and currently the mileage reading is sitting on 54190 - Under-Bonnet Insulation has been removed - Done around 3k miles on the freshly rebuilt engine by the specialist, Ian Smith @ Toyautocentre - General Car & Fig 8's check while in Nottingham, clean bill of health - I will include a laminated Dyno Sheet to prove the 400.2bhp run that I had done recently at Dastek, Dalgety Bay - Bodywork is in good condition and there is no corrosion anywhere Engine Spec: - 86.5mm JE forged pistons - Eagle Conrods - JUN 264 In & Ex Cams - JUN Valve Springs - JUN Adj. Cam Gears - ATS TD06 Turbo with Tial 20g External Wastegate and Screamer Pipe - Straight Induction Kit Conversion with Samco Hosing - Huge Steel Mesh Induction Kit - Blitz NUR Spec R Exhaust - Blitz Super Sound BOV - Aussie Centre Section with High Flow Sports Cat and Flexi Section - Full Custom Downpipe from Turbo to Aussie, with Screamer Pipe - Battery Relocation Kit, moving the Battery to the Boot Chassis/Transmission Spec: - 17" Lenso Alloys, powder coated in White - Good condition Eagle F1 Tyres All Round - Uprated Springs - Black Diamond Brake Pads - 6-Puck Paddle Clutch and Lightened and Balanced Chromoly Flywheel Interior: - Usual GT4 Spec (No A/C) - Top Spec Alpine MP3/CD Player - Colour Coded Interior Trim Extras Included With Car: - Huge Front-Mounted Intercooler with Stainless Piping & Samcos - Walbro Fuel Pump - Sard Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator - Sard 800cc injectors Couple of Points: - The alloy wheels could do with a refurb, there are a couple of marks on the alloys. - The way this car produces its power is savage, its building boost right up to the redline. Currently running around 0.9bar. Once it has been mapped it will have a monsterous punch, starting from low down the rev range right up to the redline, which can be raised due to the uprated rods. The car has been built with the aim to run 1.8bar reliably. - Due to the initial R/R Dyno that I had done on it where it produced 400.2bhp, I would expect this car to run very close to, if not higher than, 500bhp once finished. - All this car needs is an ECU to run everything as the FMIC, Fuel Pump, FPR and Injectors are all included with the sale. - The car has been taken off the road for a week or so, as its currently having a pipe strengthened on the TD06 to prevent a known problem with the fitting kit supplied with the Turbo from re-occuring, this will give the buyer complete peace of mind. Price: £7950ovno My e-mail address is: grantfarnan@yahoo.com or PM me for my mobile number Cheers, Grant
