A m8 of mine sent me this request reguarding the a classic scoob can anyone help me with these questions please....I've been looking at Impreza turbo's. I'm gona buy a wagonI think, when did the engine change to the bigger intercooler and did any of the UK car's have air con, and how much is a "N reg" one worth. Any input greatly received.ft>

They increased the intercooler size in 1997 m8 and reduced the size of the turbo and they increased boost to 13.05 psi. This helped increase torque by 5% but bhp was the same as previous models. A better bet would be a jap import car better features including air con (which was an extra on GB cars)

The bigger intercooler came in MY97 onwards, Air con Is optional extra only on Uk,s I think and Dont buy an "N", buy a lovely low milage "M" for only £4495
