IanJ Posted May 5, 2005 Posted May 5, 2005 I believe Pro-grip in Bonnybridge do a good job and are reasonably priced. Not been myself yet. Ian
wrxmania Posted May 5, 2005 Posted May 5, 2005 Swifts Tyres/Extreme Motorsport have state of the art, new gear - the best available. They are in Whitburn, just down from the cross - they are very good and are Subaru/Mitsubishi specialists. Many guys use them. I will try to find their number later or do a search on here. Brian
wrxmania Posted May 5, 2005 Posted May 5, 2005 B Swift (Tyres and Accesories) Ltd incorporating Extreme Motorsport 17B Armadale Road Whitburn West Lothian EH47 0ET 01501741548 Fax: 01501 744205 Hope that helps. Brian

Grovit Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 I've used Progrip in Bonnybridge and also used Extreme Motorsport in Whitburn - both are excellent
dougster Posted May 7, 2005 Posted May 7, 2005 The guy at Pro Grip was very reluctant to dial in anything other than factory settings the last time drb5 went there. 'Ruin yer tyres that mate' was his somewhat droll reply when I showed him my settings........................ He also didn't know what the 'bumpsteer' modification did. If Falkland are still going I'd use them. PS Hello stranger!!
Johnny50 Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 I used CLCM, in Sighthill Edinburgh. He'll put any settings you like on the car, and if you're not happy, he'll change it FOC.
wilky Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 Ive used CLCM, excellent service, he has the prodrive settings or you can have dialed in you own settings. I use a setting recommended by Roger Clarke Motorsport as a good all round setting for fast road and track. 1 1/2 degrees negative camber rear 1 3/4 degrees negative camber front 2mm toe in all round Callum W
JohnSt Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 Progrip in Bonnybridge squared mine up recently, though I'm not telling the settings. Very professional and VERY reasonable. Now who wants to take my car on round a track ?
IanJ Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 << Progrip in Bonnybridge squared mine up recently, though I'm not telling the settings. Very professional and VERY reasonable. JohnSt Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 The red and white one, and it can do 9 laps of Kames on a tank. I'm hoping it can do 1.9 laps of Knockhill on the same tank, but it's gonig to be close ---john---
