As title,going to the POOL for a weeks holiday and was wondering whats the score with supplies up North?

Any of our Highland friends help out?

No Optimax in Ullapool however there is in Inverness @ the shell station near the Raigmore hospital.

Optimax garages few &far between up here. As Scottiescoob said there's the 1 by Raigmore Hospital in Inverness, also 1 in Beauly, & there's a Q8 in Dingwall selling 98ron super, apart from that it's just normal fuel everywhere.

Beauly shell station will close its doors for the final time at the end of this month. Making way for flats I'm afraid.

Q8 pick up all their fuel from us BP @ Inverness. Shell station @ Dingwall dose not shell Optimax.

Last time I was up you could get Shell Super/Optimax at Contin as well, though it was quite pricy!

I just took a couple of bottles of Octane Booster with me, but only once did I need to fill up with "standard" fuel and use the Octane booster.

Q8 sell 98ron Unleaded, thats what it says on pumps??? Find it better than BP Ultimate which is crap in my opinion far less miles out of a tank compared to Optimax or the Q8 stuff. Never thought of the Contin one John, normally drive passed it thinking it was to small for Optimax.
