p3dro Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 Rumour has it the most "spirited" group was lead by the famous Squirrel. Next time m8 I wanna come play. Will I keep up? Or will you all be viewing the sexy ass of the green wagon in the distance. LOL I honestly couldn't get to sleep last night cos I was buzzin so much.
the squiggle Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 Of course mate. Seeing as i am usually nominated as Pace car, then just pop in behind at the start. Grant and the Red Dragon
p3dro Posted March 28, 2005 Author Posted March 28, 2005 Cheers I will look forward to it, I might even pick up a few tips
micra_wrc Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 << Of course mate. Seeing as i am usually nominated as Pace car, then just pop in behind at the start. Grant and the Red Dragon >> just wanted to confirm that the 'red dragon' is his car Imy
RS Grant Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 lol @ Imy!! Pedro, I was in the 'Top 5' after lunch in my Blue Wagon..... Its GREAT fun, but hard work considering the rest of them were non-standard Jap Imports.. I'll defo be up there for the next time, best fun I've had for ages!! Cheers, Grant
p3dro Posted March 28, 2005 Author Posted March 28, 2005 Yeah mines a standard uk but i like a challenge
RS Grant Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 Haha... "Full Decat - Turbosmart Dumpvalve - and the rest" Sounds as standard as mine mate!! Cheers, Grant
colin_ross Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 It might be standardish Grant but it was going well yesterday, you didn't seem to have much bother keeping up with me anyway.
coulty Posted March 29, 2005 Posted March 29, 2005 Squirrel was holding me and Wilky up no end Perhaps we should follow Wilky's lead
wilky Posted March 29, 2005 Posted March 29, 2005 Indeed satan, my fine rollerbearing clad deviant! We will see who keeps up with who on the third Han Solo, Smuggler and Intergalactic racing Pilot.
wilky Posted March 29, 2005 Posted March 29, 2005 No, no lets follow you, it will give me a chance to overtake you, then you can smell my unburnt hydrocarbons
the squiggle Posted March 29, 2005 Posted March 29, 2005 << Squirrel was holding me and Wilky up no end Perhaps we should follow Wilky's lead >> Maybe next time i will press the throttle all the way to the floor instead of just tickling her. Cause next time i will have your ECU powering my car with AndyF providing a good clean map tat will give me the confidence to push her. It is a bu*ger when you actually know what all they components are doing under that bonnet. Sometimes ignorance is the best. Grant
gordon_kerr Posted March 29, 2005 Posted March 29, 2005 Yes, Grant was tramping on as i joined you all at the end of the Elvanfoot road, pleased to say i just about managed to keep up with you , wilky and the other white sti, next time though i will not be driving with 5 in the car, i want to push the car to its limits and see what happens, the quote of the day came from Grant, i was ratching about in the boot trying to find a screw to fix down my spoiler, i turned to Grant with a screwdriver in my hand and he said " feel free to take something from my engine" lovely gesture bud , your a diamond!!!!
