Johnny50 Posted September 1, 2004 Author Posted September 1, 2004 It`ll be going with a bit of luck. Shame, but thats the way it is.

dave_morgan Posted September 2, 2004 Posted September 2, 2004 I imagine JVS would do it for you - try them - 448 2444 I'd offer to help as I gather it's not that hard, but I don't seem to be able to find any time spare to do anything just now !! I've had a set of defis and my 19's for over a month now, and they're still not fitted !! Just bring the car along on Friday and we'll all have a go after a few beers !!!
Johnny50 Posted September 2, 2004 Author Posted September 2, 2004 Dont mind taking the guages out....it's all the senders/sensors etc....
Carl Davey Posted September 3, 2004 Posted September 3, 2004 These out yet? Thanks for the bttt, don't think i'm ever going to find the third gauge lol...
Johnny50 Posted September 3, 2004 Author Posted September 3, 2004 lol... Am gonna whip out the guages today, and get the pod up to you matey. Just not sure about removing the control unit etc... Can you not just buy a new guage ?
Carl Davey Posted September 3, 2004 Posted September 3, 2004 Quality, i'm looking forward to receiving it! That's the thing with my gauges, they're the old style ones and the new gauges are slightly different. Will probs end up selling the two i have and buying 3 of the newer style lol...
Johnny50 Posted September 3, 2004 Author Posted September 3, 2004 Hope it doesn't come to that...especially when it's just the one you need.
Carl Davey Posted September 3, 2004 Posted September 3, 2004 Me too mate. Just lemme get a cheeky plug in here... Gauge must be the following: - white-faced - 60mm - SI units (Celcius / bar), i.e. metric - old-style (see below) - either Oil Temp / EGT / Fuel Pressure, feck, even Water Temp - just something to fill the final hole! Old style gauges look like this: New gauges look like this: Note the difference in warning light design. Now, BTTT so Lindsay can get his Defi's out.
