New Member In Brighton Looking For First Impreza

Evening. I've just started my search for an Impreza, always wanted one since I was a kid. Looking to spend about £5k but less if possible. Prefer one that's standard with fsh but will consider mods. Is my budget realistic? At least wrx spec I think but not sure about what other fast models there are and would appreciate any help. What should I be looking for within my budget do you think? Need to pick one up before I start a new job in January as it will be my commute daily car, what's the mph like on mainly motorway driving with a bit of B road too? Thanks!!!

For that budget you should be able to pick up a decent spec bugeye or blobeye or classic. It them comes down to are you a newage or a classic man lol. If thinking about modifying Imy in the future then save yourself some hassle later on and buy an Sti of some sort. These are better platforms for power. Sometimes it is better to buy a modified car as it will work out cheaper in the long run.
