thought the new springs would lift the car a tad as the rear arches r rubbing but only raised it 5mm but when u compare the springs the eibach r longer but found the shocker to bu fecked so hoping new shocks will help with the rubbing

older springs are shorter but thicker.

the thicker the spring usualy means harder to compress doesnt it. wherr as the thiner ones will compress easier under load. so even tho you have a longer spring. its going to compress down more easier than the thicker one so the length doeant make to much a difference.

if the newer ones were the same thickness as the old ones. being.that length then they would defo raise the car more.

well i could be talkin absolute pap there but going back to the old physics days at high school thats what it meant lol. so should apply to springs for cars

not much thicker to be honest. the car was too low before so thought it must have been dropped by 60mm caus the wheel is nearly in the arch so thought the eibach 35mm-40mm would have raised it to give a little more room
