Northern Safety Camera Partnership deployment intentions w/c 8 Aprll 2013 Northern Safety Camera Partnership Manager, Dougie Bennion, said: ” It’s important to remember that the speed limit is the absolute maximum and does not mean it is always safe to drive at that speed irrespective of conditions.
