Well was all happy and excited yesterday and happened to be in the dealers when my "replacement" car arrived a supposed full history 1 owner STi Hawk , well all my excitement dissapeared in 2 seconds as i look through service book and its so called full history stopped at 16k wtf ???

The dealer proceeds to contact its previous owner and yup no recorded history !!!!

I am now back to square 1 again !! I am realy starting to loose it now and i am so stressed with it all

Well little update , had a phone call from my dealership today and they have said either

1) i agree to accept the no proven history STi at a value of 9k !!!

2) have to keep my car which they lied about its history and its non genuine parts engine rebuild !!

3) or i can wait for them to get something else ( with no timeframe )

Or i can get my deposit back and be out of pocket with no car !!

Well so much for subaru customer care they mess up and the customer pays for it i am Realy thinking its time to leave the brand

Do you have any motor legal expenses cover that may include contractual disputes cover? Just a thought... Aso what about the legal cover included with SIDC membership?
