heater problems

Has anyone had issues with their heaters taking 10 miles to warm up classic 2001 running full premix antifreeze.

I think mines is just the same mate , i was just putting it down to under the bonnet being a lot more colder or should i say "FREZZING" than normal mate.

Mine seemed to take a fairly long time to come up to temp the other day, or hot air temp at least. I checked the coolant system as a precaution but reckon it's just down to the ambient temp being so low.

mines heats up just as quick new rad and fresh coolant in october maybe helping a little.

BUT i have noticed a slight drip of coolant on the top of the header tank maybe the alloy pipes havea crack or something

I thought the heater matrix was gone as my shoes got soaked but it was ice on the bulkhead pushed the grommet through
