Lost keys!

Hi all

I stupidly lost my only key to my 02 Impreza wrx.

I rang Subaru enquiring about getting a new key cut, turns out the car is not on their systems and they say it is most likely an EU import.

I have a couple of questions, I hope someone can shed some light on.

1. Does anyone know how I can find the key code for an imported Impreza?

2. I have a toad Ai606 alarm fitted that has an imobiliser, does this mean I don't need to worry about the Subaru imobiliser; will the toad imobiliser override this?
