So tomorrows jobs are

finish off fitting rear ARB etc along with orther bushes and drop links. Fit front ARB, steering rack bushed Anti Lift Kit and drop links etc etc and if we are VERY lucky start plubing in the rest of the engine bay :icon_salut:

Slight change of plan!!!

Dual AVCS will hopefuly be ditched so long as I can utalise my old AVCS and exhaust pulleys with the cams I have. Also going to fit the Zen dry sump system, big turbo and hopefuly big injectors.

Spoke to Playsatan a while back reguarding the fuel setup so will need to look further into this ;)

So its back into the shed to see if I can find my old parts then engine out over the weekend to reverse engineer the heads

FFS hurry up. I recon big AVCS heads are the the way ahead.........

And you still not fitted the sump you complained about being late for months.....;)

"We" are going to take the engine out, possibly put it on my (never previously used) BluePrint engine stand, twist it every way possible to try and finalise this so that when we install it again, we can just wire and plumb it and hopefully breathe some life in to it.

After that, finalise the front suspension and hopefully iron out any small niggles.

As if my life isn't chaotic enough without taking on this head scratcher!!!!

Hopefully not taking the heads off, just need to remove the exhaust side of the AVCS as it is proving to be a right pain in the backside to make work correctly. Apparently the exhaust side of the AVCS is only to improve emissions wheras the inlet side improves power and driveability through the rev range.

heads dont need to come off, just the rocker covers (hopefully that easy!)

on the dual AVCS heads most of the sensors are at the back of the head too far away for the standard plugs to reach. Also the dual AVCS only has one inlet AVCS pulley and 2 AVCS exhaust pulleys

Well, there are quite a few headaches when Dual AVCS heads from a 2008 car are on your engine that you intend putting in your 2005 engine bay. A fair bit of magic is going to be required. Still going to have BIIGGGGGGG power though.

Will be able to fit a set of 2 liter cams in the 2.5 heads :) according to the nice man at Cosworth in the States

Now how wahoo will I go? :driving::icon_fU:
