AFAIK, that would be shot blasting Dale, only instead of shot/sand/grit being used to remove rust or corrosion, the OP is looking for someone who uses organic materials such as walnut shell or plastics.

Thats is the extent of my knowledge on the matter, unfortunately I dont know anyone at all that does it.
