Time For Another Service!

Planning on giving the spec c another service as its been near to 5k miles since the last one. Planning on doing the usual engine oil, oil filter, fuel filter and giving the K&N panel fitler a clean.

The car has covered about 49k miles (ish) and i replaced the timing belt along with tentioner and idler pulleys the last time i serviced the car.

I was just wondering when and how frequent the gear and diff oil should be replaced and also when the spark plugs should be done?

Anyone else recommend anything i have missed as I do most of the servicing to the car myself (well when i can be bothered)
