pmacFTO Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 I am going to drop off my bumper to be repaired and resprayed...I MAY have to use the car once over the weekend so is it ok to drive without it? Not only from a legal view but a safety point and also can it do any damage - I have a TMIC so thats not an issue.

If the police see a car without a front bumper on the road they will be on u like a shot
x444wrx Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 rozzers will go bush mate and probably give you plenty of points and a nice fine too, even worse you run the risk of an incident with a member of the public without your car being legal and plenty of sharp edges on display, just not worth the risk
bigbird Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 As long as removing the bumper doesn't expose sharp edges, you can drive without it legally.
pmacFTO Posted September 4, 2009 Author Posted September 4, 2009 I trust your specific knowledge on that BigBird It's a blobeye - so you will prob know if there is anything sharp under there?
