blue classic reg H14 SUB honking along the Glasgow end of the M74,

you passed me where two lanes get narrow, traffic was slowing down because of the poor visibility, heavy surface water and puddles on the road.

i didnt even see you approaching until you zoomed past me, easily doing 70+ when everyone else was doing 40mph

only saw the rear lexus lights and after market spoiler, you were going that fast.

did you even have your side lights/dipped lights on?

it wasnt the time or the place for that kind of speed pal

worse of it is, I didnt even see you on London Road so assume you cut up two lanes to traffic to take that last exit off the 74.
