Paint Warranty

While washing my car today I noticed that the paint on the roof has started to blister, and rust is forming

It's a 55 plate WRX, so my 3 year warranty ran out about a year ago. Does anyone know if there is a longer warranty on the paint? Surely this shouldn't happen on a 4 year old car...

Its covered as long as you have done your body inspections

...................not if it can be deemed as being a stone chip which has turned into a blister,highly likely on the roof,another cause along the front of the roofline is screen replacement as its a bonded screen and the halfwitt car glaziers cut the old screen out using a knife and damage the paint in the process,2 years down the line hey presto!!!!RUST.

Any form of claim must be substanciated with your stamped up body services and pictures taken and sent to IM for authorisation.
