Andy was leading with 56.6sec then just before i left the prodrive car did a 55.8sec lap.

Nice pics dude, were you there all day? any idea what times the cars started running (AM) and what time they finished (PM) :rotfl:

I left about 1/2 hour before the end mate.

In the morning they were all running over the minute mark apart from Andy F & the Prodrive beast, but by the afternoon a good few car were on the minute or just under the minute in the modified & pro classes anyway.

i was wondering what time the cars started and finished running lol :rotfl:

ive heard everything from 9:00, 9:30, 10:00 and 11:00 AM for starting and 4:00 and 5:00PM for finishing so far, so was just wondering what times things kicked off and ended :D

They started at 11am mate & they were due to finish at 4pm. :)

ahh so it finally confirmed, fancied doing a few of these myself but its not really worth the treck down for the sake of five hours ;)

any idea how many runs they each got in then?

Think they got 2 practice runs & 5 timed runs each.

7 runs isnt too bad i suppose, but still a bloody long drive from aberdeen for a five hour event

The guy in the Forester was worth the admission fee alone

Wulsey, your car is stunning in the flesh and a credit to your detailing skills. Under that bonnet is better than some hatch's fresh from the showroom and so tidy with the RCMS CF and Red Hosing

Cracking driving from Andy to nab third

Do fancy a round of this myself as it looks ideal and run half decently.

quite fancy a wee shot of this TBH, i thought it was a 9 till 5 jobby which would have been ok for me, will probably sign up for a couple once the new blocks fitted

Cheers mate.

The guy in the forester was crazy & there was also a guy in a blue hawkeye wrx that was giving it the sideways action too. ;)

last minute decision last night and Grant, Nanaki and I were up at 0630 this morning to head down to Elvington.

was a cracking day, sun splitting the sky and finally driving away the winter blues.

the place was like Crail, minus the baltic wind

it was good to see how they had set up the sprint, though by the time we arrived they were finishing the warm up/orientation laps and breaking for lunch :)

got to see the Prodrive entry and it went and sounded ;)

tho it was strange to see a WR car outside the context of a forest rally.

the driver drifted it effortlessly round the course

CRACKING PICS

What makes things even better is the fact that andy f looks nice and calm and the car looks so unmodified is scary to think it was third ;)
