ali37 Posted March 8, 2009 Posted March 8, 2009 with subaru in cupar and aberdeen closed where do we get a main dealer service in the aberdeen/dundee area? T&C Aberdeen are still fully authorised Subaru Service & Parts Agents - Got a service done by Kev last week.

ryan_gwa Posted March 8, 2009 Posted March 8, 2009 with subaru in cupar and aberdeen closed where do we get a main dealer service in the aberdeen/dundee area? Aye thats not closed, went there for my MOT last month. As far as the guy told me, they wont be selling any brand new Impreza's, Legacy's etc.
thefastone Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 Yeah I meant to ask before, how are Autoecosse for their servicing? anyone used them yet? Just Curious...
ryan_gwa Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 Ive not dealt with them for Servicing/Parts, but went in to have a look at some of there stock and they were really helpfull, so will keep them in mind and see what they are like for work?
scoobykev Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 Yeah I meant to ask before, how are Autoecosse for their servicing? anyone used them yet?Just Curious... Not used them Dale and i'm not likely to either, have heard to many bad stories about them before they took on the subaru dealership and it took 45 minutes to get me a price for gaskets, not impressed. And the spam email when they opened p*ssed me off too
thefastone Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 Yeah I have to say that the spam I wasn't majorly happy about Kev, but there's a new manager, who just emailed me, and he apologised for the spam, saying it was before his time, and it wont happen again, so I'm happy enough with that... just curious if anyone has any opinions, or has even actually used them, certainly I know nothing of them, or the bad stories, certainly if they are a different branch with different servicing staff, perhaps they are not the same place they they were before? But yeah, 45mins just for a price is verging on extreme....
embassyno1 Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 The only trouble with Autoecosse is that they have four manufacturers their dealers for but only one person to deal with all parts, service and warrenty enquires, I have had to wait for prices but they always get back to me. I hear they have a Subaru trained technician now, so thats a bonus.
