Brembo Brake Calipers And Discs

Ok guys, i got a full set of brembo calipers + discs of a MY04 STI. Now wot i need to know is will they fit directly onto MY03 WRX? If not what will i need? I have a feeling i might need the little extensions but not entirely sure. If i do where will i get them? Wheel clearance will not be a problem as i have 18" wheels but what about the wheel alignmemnt, is that the same? Cheers in advance guys.

they bolt right on as long as you have the caliper bolts from the brembos as the wrx 4 pot ones are a diff thread

if not you will need these from the dealer prob, even tho you have 18`s the offset could still be wrong

which ones you got?

how much room between your current beakes and the wheel spokes

The wheels are prodrive 7 spokes and to me there looks like **** loads of space between them and the calipers. It does come with the bolts but 1 of them is stuck in the thread, m8 just called me about that 1 and says the thread is rounded. Hes goping to fit a new insert and re thread it for me to the same size. Whoever fitted it must have put it in wrong thread.

cool you should be fine with them then they will be the PFF7 wheels same as WR1?

those clear brembos no probs mate yeh your mate should tap a new thread in the caliper no probs then you only need a new bolt unless the thread on that one can be saved with a die. Grieg

I have a tap and die kit if you need to borrow it mate. Your wheels will clear the Brembos, but in my case there was only about 7mm clearance. Then agian, my wheels are PFF7 copies.

thx for the replies guys. i got the new thread inserted no probs so just a case of getting them painted up and fitted.

Yes but that doesn't effect the brembo calipers or disc if i came off a MY04STI
