paul555sti Posted February 22, 2009 Posted February 22, 2009 Any of you been to the Doune Hillclimb? Can you see much of the action as a spectator? Loads to be seen and balls of steel to take part. Its well worth a trip up to.

evil evo Posted February 22, 2009 Author Posted February 22, 2009 Hi done doune last year ,it certainly was brown pants stuff going up the hill for first time, i struggled focusing with the light to dark areas as i should be wareing glasses and refuse to do so , going to get contacts for this years challange sorry about the pics arch just thought they looked good chers don
the_ex_leper Posted February 22, 2009 Posted February 22, 2009 did doune once years ago im a mk1 fiesta. big ball required to go fast there!!
arch Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 (edited) Not a problem Don, that wasnt where I bumped it, it was at the first corner. The pic shows me turning to go back down the hill, doesnt look bad from that pic but was looking a bit sorry for itself, but was all pretty much cosmetic apart from the stake that went right through the intercooler and the completely crushed intercooler pipe . As John said with a little help and a bit of brute force we got it fixed on sat night and back out on the sun . There are more pics on my project thread Edited February 23, 2009 by Arch
