Are Impreza Sports Cheap To Run ?

Hi guys was looking at a Sport for a second car and was wondering if somone could point me in the correct direction as far as fuel economy and relyability . What i need is somthing with a bit of room a little bit of ooomph and somthing that can tow Auto test cars but still be sure footed on icy roads and not fall appart . Does a Sport fit this bill ??

I'd go normally aspirated Forester first if you need it for towing purposes!

For fuel economy on the sport or Fozzy you would be looking @ low-mid 30's MPG.

Reliability is very good.

I had a sport for 7 years mate and it was hugely reliable. Covered 120,000 mls never missed a beat. 33mpg all day long.

Tend to agree wi Gus tho, Fozzy is that bit more practical

I can recommend the traction of a sport in the snow. I pulled vans out of ditches with a sport special. Towed no bother at all.

Thanks guys think im gonna look in to buying one as soon as now just not that easy to find one with not to high a milage
