fudge Posted January 24, 2009 Posted January 24, 2009 (edited) I always acknowledge a female Subaru driver, weather they are in a ditch or they have just hit the rear of the car in front, I always wave Edited January 25, 2009 by skullfudge
Mrs Lee Posted January 24, 2009 Author Posted January 24, 2009 .....is this a mans world??????? This thread wasn't an open invitation for lady drivers to be poked fun out of! I appreciate a lot of the comments on here but a few of the ignorant remarks about lady drivers are a little cheeky I'd say that because of the ratio of men to women Scooby owners, you men have had far more accidents......... Anyway, I got a lovely wave from a man in a silver new age in Hartley today so I feel better now! So, in future I will only wave at men who are alone in their cars.

matthew_buckland Posted January 25, 2009 Posted January 25, 2009 Hear Hear, perhaps the males need to explain the whole scoob wave thing to their other halfs, dont understand how any female can feel threatened by a wave, its not like an invite. Matt waves at anyone with a scoob and is fully encouraged to do so. (even when he's driving galaxy)

I'm just glad that Tania doesn't want to drive over here else she'd no doubt agree with you Edited January 25, 2009 by BASER999
yogi- Posted January 25, 2009 Posted January 25, 2009 I love a good debate...... BUT....IMHO I find that getting a wave from the fairer sex whilst driving my car is like pulling teeth, but then again some men dont bother either. Don't forget the person may not have seen you and vise versa etc, but have you noticed that most bus drivers wave at each other as they go by, but thats because more than likely they know each other.

I certainly don't have a problem with Lee waving at lady Scooby drivers, if I'm in the passenger seat I'll also wave. Thank you, Scuzz.
