arch after talking to you other day about v700 tyres and knockhill and the different compounds they come in , the tyres i have are marked 50 , so the question is what is a soft compond and what is hard compound marked

Don, somewhere on the side wall you'll find a compound code. Only on one side of the tyre and very discrete. Characters are about 8-10mm in height and should e K20, K21 or something similar, PM me what you find.

P.S CHeers to Arch for my new gearbox whats the recommendation keep the dccd or bin it(if it ain`t broken)

Oh and that shiny casing think ill have to rub some dirt on it to get it to match wi the rest of my car lol (only Joking John) lol

IIRC

K90 is hard

K60 is medium

K20 is soft
