Finished Early Due To Snow Today

I decided to build a snow plough for the mower

A bit of fine adjustment and i reckon i could start getting some council contracts

Or should i try and find a decent hobby?

Would it not be better to put the plough part at the front?? Would be abit easyier to drive

'twas just easier to attach to the back end, and i can go just as fast backwards as forwards.

I thought traction may have been a problem as well and figured with more weight at the rear it'd be better for steering, or am i thinking too much again

That wont work, it will only cut troughs in the snow! You need to just have on big diagonal blade so that all the snow that is pushed, is pushed to the one side Very intuitive though

Why would it not work? it's based quite closely on this design

As can be seen quite clearly from the pics it works fine and cleared my path on the first pass, it just needs a piece of hard rubber along the bottom to scrape the ground
