Between you starting to write your post and finishing it steve would have changed his mind 3 times whether or not to sell it, get it resprayed pink, tune it to 400bhp, get an evo, get a merc, get a beemer, get a pogo stick, get a space hopper etc. But as he told me he was going to fridays meet about 2 hours before he failed to show im guessing he met with an unfortunate marrow-related accident in yogi park. Don't be too upset with that price.

I only got £10,500 for mine in the end. (Plus a bit extra for some of the spares). And that's with less than 50K miles and all those modifications.

I don't actually know of any others that have 'actually' sold either, so you have actually suceeded.
