anyone know anybody thats good at poppin dents out?

washed car and the next mornin noticed what looked like a foot mark and a dent ubove the rear wheel right on the crease of the arch prob about 150 in diameter also got a couple o scores the length o the car on the passenger side but dont know if thats come from sombody squeezin through in a car park or deliberate , gettin paranoied noo lol, alarm never even went off wi the dent tho hmm

I don't know where in Scotland you are, but i used a company called "ding-goes" (find them on google) but they only cover the central belt, IIRC. Very good service- £30 for 3 dents in a wing- and you'd never guess the car had been dented.
