darryl_martin Posted October 26, 2008 Posted October 26, 2008 Not a fan of the gt wings, but it does suit that car imho
T123VOR Posted October 26, 2008 Posted October 26, 2008 I like the GT wing but I would prefer the standard spoiler on- I'm 60/40!! BUT I can't get the GT wing off without damaging the boot (well the paint) as the previous owner has stuck it on very, very, very, very, very well so it's gotta stay
leebo77 Posted October 26, 2008 Posted October 26, 2008 TBH I'm not a fan fella... ...might be 'cos too many vectra's are running around like this.

Montythegod Posted October 26, 2008 Posted October 26, 2008 not many people liked my wing....... I thought it was ok, but i took it off because it got tatty on the look out for a 59" carbon one

T123VOR Posted October 26, 2008 Posted October 26, 2008 Eury you should get one as it would suit you car very well - if i could get it off safely you could fight it out with the other 7 people who want it!!
T123VOR Posted October 26, 2008 Posted October 26, 2008 (edited) Who's ken? It's my motorsport division I can't do photoshop well... Edited October 26, 2008 by T123VOR
Scooby Hoo? Posted October 26, 2008 Posted October 26, 2008 (edited) I like the GT wing but I would prefer the standard spoiler on- I'm 60/40!!BUT I can't get the GT wing off without damaging the boot (well the paint) as the previous owner has stuck it on very, very, very, very, very well so it's gotta stay Well it's a case of you have to do something about the holes. The wing does give your car the Spec C look as both Granby and I thought your car was as Spec C as you passed us. I think that I would keep the wing, but get the boot lid fixed, then again I am sixtyish with no style. Just one question does it make your car perform better? PS I do have a STI spoiler with carbon fibre fin in wr blue if you don't want to fit the stand one. Edited October 26, 2008 by Scooby Hoo?
fudge Posted October 27, 2008 Posted October 27, 2008 (edited) Trevor.. not sure if your read my previous message in your other thread, however I have an account at a place that could well have a solvent that would release that silicone without damaging your paint. Do you want me to give them a ring??? or for a more professional approach we have 12" angle grinders and large crow bars. I personally think your car looks nice as it is.
