scientific steve Posted June 25, 2008 Posted June 25, 2008 i used to run the front passenger side a bit higher as its a right hand track, therefore you'll be putting a bit more weight on the front left try a few pressures to find out the best but I think it was about 38ish on 18's
Boydie. Posted June 25, 2008 Posted June 25, 2008 Get on track and findout for yourself, everyones driving styles differ
AlanG Posted June 25, 2008 Posted June 25, 2008 (edited) I'd go lower initially, probably in the region of 26psi cause the pressure will rise with heat, but try it at standard pressure and see how it feels from there. You got any spare wheels and tyres? Don't imagine it'd be cheap to replace 18's after a session on Knockhill! Edited June 25, 2008 by AlanG
stuarted Posted June 25, 2008 Author Posted June 25, 2008 got 355mm front discs so 18's it has to be. Looking to invest in a spare set when finances allow. Will give it a go on Sat and report back. Cheers everyone
