cossie_eater Posted June 14, 2008 Share Posted June 14, 2008 ive got a 2004 wrx lowered with tein springs, and running 225-40-18 tyres. and it rubs like mad, every bump in the road. should i : go 215-40-18 or 215-35-18 or go back to 17" dont really want this path as i got 356mm calipers to go on all advice welcome cheers Link to comment

Posted June 14, 2008 Share Posted June 14, 2008 If you go to 215/40 or 215/35 on 18" then you'll probably need to get your geometry reset and and the speedo re-calibrated. 17" won't really give you anything other than a softer ride if you keep the original profile tyres it'll still rub and if you go for a lower profile, then you still have the geometry/speedo issue!
