Who's Top Gears Stig

I have a copy on my PC of the HSE report into Richard Hammond's accident in the jet car. Within this report, it states that:

"The jet car feature was considered to be sufficiently unusual and hazardous for GW (Grant Wardop - an assistant producer on the show) to ask BC (Ben Collins), who worked closely with Top Gear as a high performance driver and consultant, to go and see PTLE (the owners of the car) and Vampire, and to prepare a briefing for RH (Hamster). It was felt that, with his extensive motor sport experience, he would be able to confirm PTLE’s competence and the quality of their equipment, and be able to see through them if they were not genuine. (This was a significant step because Top Gear had not used BC in this way before.)"

Whilst this does not implicitly state Ben Collins is the Stig, I cannot think of any other "high performance driver" other than the presenters in the show.

By the way, if anybody is interested and wants a copy of the report, which makes quite interesting reading, let me have your e-mail address and I'll forward it.

Are there no data protection issues with that. I'll have a copy though!
