Roof Rails Removal

cant decide if i should take my roof rails off or not & also don't know how easy it is to remove them as they r about a foot above my head height

has any one removed theirs, how they fitted ?

Have a look on the wagon thread on here or on scooby net. Granby has just done his a week or so a go, i am sure he would give you some pointers. I will have a look and see if i can find a link for you.

Just removed my 99 Turbo 2000 rails, Granby was an inspiration!

Never liked the bl**dy things but thought it was too much hassle. It's a bit fiddly but there's no need to remove the headliner just a few bits of trim.

Just need to order the weather strips now.

The car does look better afterwards.
