Garth W Posted April 19, 2008 Posted April 19, 2008 There is a good curry house in strood just before you go up rochester bridge on the left, its called Shozna its got a car park round the back and they do very nice grub too!

Scooby Hoo? Posted April 19, 2008 Posted April 19, 2008 You could try The Green Spice. Green Street Green Road. Dartford. B260 Postcode DA2 Has a very large carpark outfront and the food is good.

darryl_martin Posted April 22, 2008 Posted April 22, 2008 Shozna for me too. Parking not brilliant (tho there is a b+q/matalan/argos car park not far away) by any stretch of the imagination but the food is top notch.

big jay Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 There's also a Shozna in Rochester which is a bit nicer than the one in Strood, there's a car park just down the road. Bengal Basserie's a bit expensive!!!!
HOL Posted April 24, 2008 Posted April 24, 2008 There's one in Walderslade Village. Never been there myself, but its supposed to be alrigh. I used to go to the Akash near Radio kent in Chatham/Rochester high street, or if that was full, the Poona, just along the road.
_dave_ Posted April 24, 2008 Author Posted April 24, 2008 (edited) LOL mikkers shish it is! cool thanks for your suggestions wana do a indian meetup then? one of the good ones in kent is in meopham called Lazzat but its dear, best one is in tonbridge wells but thats probably very expensive. The one you lot went to last time do tribute nights, was the food there good? i think it was on the A249? Edited April 24, 2008 by _dave_
darryl_martin Posted April 24, 2008 Posted April 24, 2008 What area is that? If i dont like the food can i blame you? It's in the parade of shops just before Rochester bridge (coming from Strood) opposite the petrol station. There will be parking for one car round the back, sorry had started to think on a club meal basis, 10-20 cars, which might be a bit of a squeeze!! Yes also one in Rochester at the end of Watts Avenue (?) but no car park as such. Have been to both, on a er, couple of occasions, but the one near the bridge tips it for me. Just depends which one the best chef is in on the night lol!
_dave_ Posted April 25, 2008 Author Posted April 25, 2008 (edited) right just read through the 10 pages of shiraless indian night event in February 2007, and that was a success. Lily Spice That was the place you had it last year and as such a success would it be worth returning there? Edited April 25, 2008 by _dave_
