ScoobySounds Posted April 25, 2008 Posted April 25, 2008 Needin some new rubbers soon, so just trying to find out something; What exactly is the deal with changing the size of your tyre? I still get a bit of arch rubbing on some cornering or landings, and I thought it was the offset of the alloys, but maybe a smaller profile would help? also - can you change the width of the tyre? surely that depends on the wheel?!? what are the effects of changing the width / profile of the tyre you use?
Don Mega Posted April 30, 2008 Posted April 30, 2008 How you getting on with the new tyres JC? and how ya finding the new size? Think I'm gonna get a set this week, also changing the size from 205/45 to 215/40 like yaself. Cheers D.

Well the car is still off the road for winter/condition of my arms, so i cant realy say how they feel performance wise but they do look the nutts and if they are half as good as A539's they will be twice as good as my old toyo's, and about a hundred times better than Pzero's/banana skins that were on my car as std Edited April 30, 2008 by Jcscoob
