C_WRX Posted February 26, 2008 Posted February 26, 2008 Going to be adding a few little subtle decals to my car. Where are the advised places to look - shops/websites/etc ?

Igot mine done at Underground Graphics but I wouldnt recommend as they faded really badly. Also, I know of other people who have had the same vinyls as me and they took the laquer off! Have a look on eBay, you will find something there or wait till GusTheBus gets back from his hols in a week or so, he is able to get some done for dontations to Santa Cruise.

As for taking laquer off, that is bad, i had silver graphics a while back and the same thing happened but the car had an awful respray before i got it which is what caused the laquer to come off. now its been done properly its not a problem.

The guy who put them on was apparently new to using that type of vinyl so he didn't know either. You live and learn. hopefully the next set (whatever they may be) will last longer and look better.

Go for sunflower yellow next time, looks just as good, (although they not dayglo) and last loads longer.
matthew_buckland Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 Payment recieved Thanks, all cut and will be posted tomorrow.
C_WRX Posted March 5, 2008 Author Posted March 5, 2008 Pink STi fog cover decals off - new silver/grey decals now on. Thanks for the prompt making/sending of them Scuzz, good price also. One things for sure, I won't become a car graphics fitter !! Started raining about 15mins after I fitted them, first washing test won't be till the weekend.
matthew_buckland Posted March 5, 2008 Posted March 5, 2008 They look good, well done on the fitting, glad you are pleased.
