frank c Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 (edited) Needing some info please folks.. I've got a set of these sitting in the garage gathering dust and I'm never going to use them so I think it's time to sell them on (plus..i've sold my scoob & they will not be going on the next one). I've got Calipers, Discs, Pads, Brackets/Bolts and a pair of Hoses. Any thoughts on what these are worth ? Looking for a fair price , nothing OTT.. I'll try and get pics up over the next few days if that would help. Thanks for your time Frank Edited February 23, 2008 by Frank C
thefastone Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 well put it this way, Subaru 4 pot CALIPERS ONLY are still going second hand for a lot of money... (150-300 depending on condition and if they need refurbished) then I would expect your 6 pots to go for a wee bit more than that.... Seems logical? were the kits not going new for over a grand? like 1200 or something? possibly more?
frank c Posted February 23, 2008 Author Posted February 23, 2008 (edited) I've no idea what they are worth at the moment to be honest Dale.I've seen all kinds of prices going around. Part numbers given to me. Discs CP3580-2898G8 Calipers CP5570-1000G8 Mintex 1166 Pads ? Edited February 23, 2008 by Frank C
Rossco_ Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 If you do come up with a price let me know mate, im pretty interested
ScoobySounds Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 (edited) I got them new recrntly - Brand new they are £1500 bucks, so i'd say a grand would be a fair price if they're in perfect nick. 800 ish if not? Edited February 24, 2008 by ScoobySounds
frank c Posted February 24, 2008 Author Posted February 24, 2008 (edited) You'll need at least the right size of 17's for these to fit buddy. They are 330mm discs. I'm not sure whether to keep these or not as i quite like the idea of keeping the original 16" wheels for the winter on my next toy, so these wont fit.. I'll wait and see. thefastone Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 I had the same dilemma when I fitted the Prodrive 330mm kit, I was keeping the OE 16" wheels for winter... but I just sold them on and then bought a second set of the wheels that I have on now... Happy as Larry... Means I keep the same look all year round and just change the rubber on the winter set...
