What is the wear like to your tyres with the prodrive geometry settings

There is definite increased wear on the inner shoulders but

to be honest it's a bit of a double edged sword, you kinda have to

suffer the uneven tyre wear to get the benefits of the car's better handling.

Got T1-R's at the mo and they are meant to have a slightly tougher shoulder.

To be honest when the time comes to replace, if there isn't another brand out there

that offers the same package as the toyo's then I'll prob just get another set.

Ask me if I'm still gonna do this in aboot 8 months time when I've had a proper chance

to wear the b.uggers oot

If you don't have any special settings at the mo, it's definitely worth doing !!

I think I heard that Hypertech were able to put some slightly less abrasive settings in while still improving the handling - £55 I think they charge. Maybe worth giving Dunc a call.

P.S. I have the prodrive settings on my blobeye, with toyo T1S and the inner shoulders only lasted about 8K miles.

Its all relavint to the amount of miles you do and how long you want your tyres to last.

Ive used the prodrive settings since i got my car 4 years ago and i cant fault them and i drive the car like i stole it. lol

That being the case , why not set the car up to turn on a 5 pence coin :D

I do around the same and have taken the geometry to the max.

Good luck watever you decide.
