s25yme Posted January 24, 2008 Posted January 24, 2008 There is a subject on page 2 "Rac Insurance cover" and it has a few people quotes, might be worth a read!!! My insurance went up £4 but I not complaining as still feel I got a good deal at £424.
neill54 Posted January 24, 2008 Author Posted January 24, 2008 see thats what i mean if just went up a couple of quid i wouldnt bother but is an extra 170 quid neil
SwiftyScoob Posted January 24, 2008 Posted January 24, 2008 If it's any use I've got 10 years no claims and my policy last year was just over £600 for my 96 WRX. I asked them to at least take their mask off whilst they robbed me
jamesm Posted January 24, 2008 Posted January 24, 2008 Give Gary at Keith Michaels a try. A lot of people on here use him, there is also a discount for paid up SIDC members. Recent new customer myself and he saved a chunk off my renewal price. Difficult to get hold of but worth persevering.
boris b Posted January 24, 2008 Posted January 24, 2008 Jeeze... Mines aint up til March , but out of curiosity i done the ever faithfull price comparison sites.... Looks like it will be up by £50 - 60 this year.... That's with 7 years no claims
C_WRX Posted January 24, 2008 Posted January 24, 2008 I went with Gary at Keith Michaels when I renewed, way better quote than anyone else. Haggle a little too, might get a little off still.
oobster Posted January 24, 2008 Posted January 24, 2008 I've been with Keith Michaels for just over 2 years now & i'm very happy with the renewal prices. Gary Moulson can be a bit difficult to get a hold of but it's worth persevering hanging in there.
