col666 Posted December 6, 2007 Author Posted December 6, 2007 Cheers John, surprises me as I thought the boot lid was deeper for some reason!

Was just doing some investigating of my own. Will have another word with him and see if hes sourced any bits himself.
col666 Posted December 6, 2007 Author Posted December 6, 2007 that'll pop out, surely... Its a bit bent where boot lock is too, tried pulling bumper out but no go.
drb5 Posted December 6, 2007 Posted December 6, 2007 I'd be for repairing them. Get the bumper off and get a heat gun onto it, then once properly heated up, the plastic should be able to move back to near enough it's original position. Tailgate will be harder to sort, but a good bit of pressure to the back of the inside, most should pop back out. Then just get any bodyshop to sort the rest. This means that the paint will match fine at the edge of both panels, as the colour will be blended in, rather than a fully painted panel, to old panel.
